I love being a teacher and very much appreciate the opportunity I have to prepare Heavenly Father’s children to fulfill the special mission each one of them has. I try to help each of my students strive to do the very best they can and care about their own spiritual and academic success as much as I do. I include Heavenly Father’s principles in my class through the lessons that I teach and the rules and procedures we follow. I like to keep an organized classroom with structure where the kids can feel comfortable and at ease. At the same time, I love to make things fun and exciting with interactive lessons where the kids can enjoy themselves and be involved. I have taught at Ensign for 6 going on 7 years and have loved every minute of it!

I am so excited to be a teacher here at Ensign Learning Center. We are very blessed to have a place where our children can get an amazing education as well as learn about the Gospel and I am so glad I have the opportunity to teach your children both. I am a new teacher this year, however, I have had experience as a TA, sub, and co-teacher over the span of three years. This last year, I co-taught with Sis. Rachel Ashton in 5th grade for the last quarter and I absolutely love this age of students. My classroom will be a place where students will be held to a high standard of excellence in everything they do, especially in following Heavenly Father's principles. My goal this year is to help each child reach their full potential. Every child here has such a special mission and I look forward to helping your children take the steps to accomplish theirs!

I absolutely love being a teacher! it is truly a calling on my life. For me, teaching is more than just a job; it’s a daily opportunity to help students grow into the amazing individuals Heavenly Father created them to be. Throughout my years in the classroom, I’ve had the privilege of working with students in K4,K5, 2nd grade, and 4th grade, and no matter the age, I’m always in awe of how unique and special each child is. I believe that every child has a God-given purpose, and it’s a privilege to play a small part in helping them grow into the person He intended them to be. Watching students learn, overcome challenges, and blossom into who they’re meant to be is one of the greatest blessings in my life. I’m grateful every day for the opportunity to do what I love and to walk alongside children and parents while being part of their journey both spiritually and academically!
